Guys in Dinghy probably used electric air pump to inflate everything. Even then they're not so ridiculously loud that it'd warrant this guy risking a heart attack. There is always 1. I call this person the Mayor. Yup I got a "street" mayor also, his way or no way. All he wants to do is have "control" of anything and everything. But that was "kool Peter" the cam with the confrontation was good. To funny he had to send his "wife" over because he didn't want you to tell him the "FACTS" Keep up the good work! BTW 6 Wknds till "early goose season, hmm I think Daffyducking and myself can make some real noise for him. And guess what we are "Totally" legal. Keep up the good work. Flip

Seems like one of those guys who doesn't want people there at all, no matter what they're doing. Might have to take a run up there with my photography gear and see if he objects to that. Oh, and my fishing rod and vest, just in case I get the itch. And he was complaining about noise waking people up? Sounds as if he was making the most noise.

What a place Gilford has become . Just seeing any public access to public waters being gated makes my skin boil . None should ever be gated .. Something bad is going to happen there yet . Good to see somebody standing up to be counted Peter . That SOB should be picketed or thrown in an asylum . He sure is noisy and nosey .

Peter we all have various forms of stress in our daily lives. some of it we bring onto ourselves. but when someone else is the cause , then we have to make a decision on how to deal with that stress. as I see from my point of view you could, #1 ignore the old fart and just laugh in his face, or #2, you could take action to stop him. if you were to take your fishing pole with you to the edge of the lake and make a few casts when the offending person was yelling at you and caught that on video a couple of times. then do as member davebailey sugests. then talk to a conservation officer and see if the old guy is indeed breaking the law under the "FISH AND WILDLIFE ACT 1997" try #1 first, I find that laughter truly is the best medicine. good luck and have a beter day.

Its almost a day to day thing now , every time im down near the water a old man comes out and verbally assaults me , Is it the same guy each time? Maybe if we showed up in ever-increasing numbers, he would get the idea that what he's doing is actually counter-productive. Hard to tell, if he's that stupid he might not clue in, but worth a try in my opinion.

Confrontation is the last thing we need , you guys keep doing what your doing as i and will let the chips fall were thy may . if you run into any un sportsmanlike conduct document it . in time id think the involved will fry themselves as it only takes two witnesses to convict someone in a court of law .
