Heres how the town advertised the meeting .
I can confirm that at the meeting on Nov 7 2012 there was no indication from the town about a pump house , nothing on there drawings , nothing talked about , only those that made representation at that meeting were invited to the meeting last night .
It could be said that if the town was forthcoming with this vital information that was not shared with the community at the public meeting in November , it could be said there would be many concerned home owners in Gilford that would object to whats planned .

TAKE NOTICE that the proposed Endfield’s Draft Plan of Subdivision Redline
Revisions for which you requested notification prior to consideration by Council, is
being considered by Council at the regular meeting on:
Wednesday, August 14, 2013, at 7:15 p.m.
in the Council Chambers located at the Town Hall
at 2101 Innisfil Beach Road.
Staff Report DSR-134-13 describing the proposed draft plan, draft plan conditions and
zoning by-law amendment can be viewed on the Town’s website as part of the August
14, 2013 Council Agenda. This staff report provides responses to public and Council
comments that have been received on the application at the November 7, 2012 Public
Meeting. Please note that there are minor proposed changes to the draft plan of
subdivision since the Public Meeting, including a proposal for provision of a block of
land for a future sanitary pumping station, in accordance with the Town’s approved
Master Servicing Plan.
