I can say almost anything I want!!! I go on other boards that you need over 70+ posts to say what you think!! Absolutely B.S. I have been a hunter for over 20yrs and I love it!! Things that cease to amaze me on other boards is... ppl talking about how they lost a deer!! Example They shot a buck, Good but... They shoot the dam thing in the rain, They lose the blood trail than they come back on those boards saying they TRIED TO FIND IT!!! HOW THE HELL YOU FIND BLOOD IN A STORM? These ppl need to be educated or they just Don't think!!! I personally think if it's raining stay in the bush and wait 20mins.. than if you got a good shot you should find it.I'm coloured blind an I would never shoot in the rain. But these ppl think they can find anything,,,,Makes me wanna PUKE!! Stop hunting in the rain as it washes away blood trail....l I know hunting is limited but.. Rather be successful than to give a yote a free meal!! NO I will NOt give you sympathy or will I say better luck next time. PPL got to learn that hunting is 1 on 1 with the animal!! nature will always win!! rain or no rain. If you can shoot than take the shot! But don't leave the bush to warm up or to eat. In the rain there's no 2nd guessing! If you agree or disagree its your choice, facts are water blood trail ''Don't go hand in hand... THATS MY RANT... flip

Yeah it sucks to lose ANY game animal, be it big or be it small... I know the story you are talking about and it's worth mentioning that the hunter is not a young person but an older - supposedly experienced - guy and shot the deer with a crossbow. Instead of looking for the deer he went straight to the computer to report his hit. Only later that day he was forced to report his loss and the whole thing looked very bad...
