but can i put it out there on the internet say peter came and taped and i said no and then later i see it on his site could he get in s%$t for. Just to clarify Peter has not done this to me but i just had some ppl asking me some about this kinda stuff and i figured i would ask here as ppl may know.

Pretty sure if its in a public place your allowed to post it. But if I saw a video of me in public I did not want online, I would first ask the poster to remove it, if he/she does not comply I would get a lawyer to send a little letter to them. Or maybe you can try to contact the host of where the vid is hosted and get them to remove it. I'm no lawyer btw lol.

absolutely you can, how do ya think there are so many paparazzi shows on, ie TMZ, the soup, ET tonight etc.
What is not leagal is taping with a hidden camera with sound, thats entrapment.
And second, should the video ever get used for profit, you could go after a % of the profits. That is why you usually sign a release form if you are interviewed by film crews.
