Hello, I am from the States (Pennsylvania) and am itching to get on Simcoe. I check this site frequently to get ice conditions and I must say that Peter is awesome at getting real time information out there. I visit alot of other websites, but no one can compare to the daily conditions reports of Peter's. If and when we decide to come up we will definately be heading to Peters.

Hey everyone...my name is Peter...I'm 23 years old and have gotten into fishing within the last five years...started slowly but eventually became an "anytime I have a chance I fish" thing. I live in St. Catharines and so most of my fishing is done in the NIagara region, or up at our family trailer on Buckhorn Lake. My brother and I just bought 2 shapell 2000 huts so I'm sure w'ell frequent the area a little bit more now. Look forward to the hardwater season, the information that this board will have, and sharing info with each other. Now bring on the ICE!!!

I am a new registered member Hearttxp from Ohio. I plan on ice fishing Lake Simcoe this winter. I am a heart Transplant Recipient as my screen name says. Got my new heart in 1998. I love to ice fish and fish Lake Erie every chance I get. I went back to work full time 6 months after receiving my new heart, I am a Tooling designer in Cleveland . And I am not sure If Canada has any organ Transplant Hospitals ? like we have down here in the states ?? Hope to get to meet some of the members here out on the ice !!

Hi guys, my name is Mike & I'm from Michigan in the Metro Detroit area. This site has provided me with some good cheap entertainment. I don't think I'll be visiting Simcoe in the winter months but I look forward to slamming some pike in the summer. I just need to get my buddy to actually commit to a Canadian trip instead of backing out like he's done twice now. I may just have to hook up with a new fishing buddy.
Who knows, if I like Peter’s ice fishing videos it may just convince me to make an ice fishing trip up your way.

Hello my names Jim from Toronto I have been fishing Lake Simcoe for about 20 years now. I’d have to say this is the best site I have come across for ice fishing. The video reports are great it’s apparent who ever put this board together knows his stuff.
Who ever the owner is….Thank you.

Geeze...I thought I was signed in until I tried to post a pic from last year...LOL
Anyhow...My nickname is "Beans" and I am retired (70 years old) and living in the suburbs of Bobcaygeon Ont.
Met Peter the first year he was in the business of selling minnows from the bait shack on the ice just off of Gilford road...I used to watch his "Ice Cabins" site for ice conditions all the time...good info for sure
