Except for a few feet at the shoreline, there is none to report.

Checked it today, Friday Jan 14th. Only a bit at the shoreline. At 5:00pm open water at the ramp and slush and chunk ice out for 60 yards or so. Don't waste your time. No ice

Jan 15th. What a difference a day makes. The lake froze over last night night. THE ICE IS NOT SAFE YET. DO NOT GO ON THE ICE AT IBP. I reported yesterday that it was open water at the ramp and ice only a little way out. Today it's ice as far as the eye can see. Give it a week to tighten up guys. Cheers and stay safe

Thanks for the update. Any idea what the parking situation is at IBP? For Innisfil residents only? If not, what are the parking rates? I hate to keep asking the question every year but the rules/pricing keep changing every year.

Jan 23, ice conditions at IBP. 100 yards straight out from the boat ramp we found 10 inches of ice. At 400 yards, we found 5 and 1/2 inches. We stopped there. Stay safe everyone.
