The township is now charging non residents $25 to use the ramp at the end of 89. Plus $10 per hour for parking for a daily limit of $50. So, $75 for the day. There is a city employee there 5:30 am to late evening to ensure payment.

Soon there will be toll booths at entry points to Innisfil. Our provincial tax dollars go into the preservation of lake simcoe but as a non resident of Innisfil I have to pay another tax to said municipality to use the resource.

I asked myself if I still lived in innisville how would I feel about what's been happening there, I certainly wouldn't charge exuberance amount of money to come fishing and launching your boat, they lost a great opportunity to be different than other municipalities, looks like they dropped the ball

I was going to ask if anyone could tell me if the dock is in at the boat launch at the end 89 .... but if it's going to cost me $75 to use the launch and park for a day of fishing I'm not even going to come down. I'll stay up in Muskoka and fish here. I did really feel like catching some perch for a fish fry. I'm not cheap but $75 seems ridiculous.

You pay the $25 right at the edge of the dock, and up to $50 ($10/hour, $50 daily max) in the parking lot.
