I am planning to head out into Cook's Bay for some perch fishing tomorrow. With work and family obligations, I have not had a chance to get out there for at least a couple months now. Anyone been out lately and would be willing to let me know what's working and not working? Would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply Peter. Today it's fishing with a buddy of mine. Hopefully we can get into a few nice perch for dinner. Will let everyone know how we do.

Managed a number of jumbo perch. Bagged about 10 between the two of us. Found them in 35-40 FOW along with 20 other boats. Nice day until the wind blew us off the water just before noon. Also couldn't believe the number of small rubber boats out there. I counted 3 among us. No way I would be out there in such a small boat. All you need is for One big boats wake to come by and you are swamped. Especially today with all the wind and waves.

You'd be surprised what they can handle, they are very buoyant and flexible so its hard to get swamped. Of course extra care is required on lady simcoe as it can get dangerous quickly.
