Depends most bench seats are aluminum with or without wood on top riveted into the boat gives it strength. Is something wrong with them in need to replace? On my old boat i took the middle bench seat out and replaced with two aluminum boxes on each side and riveted them to the boat making it free to walk from front to back. All depends on what your looking for

If you're on a phone, scroll down to the bottom of the screen click on "mobile" and download the Tapatalk app. The app allows you to post pics. I'm new to CBFB and it is the only way I figured out how to post a pic from my phone.

hard to tell what you need without more info or a couple of pics but I have replaced seats with marine grade plywood (expensive and hard to find) or cedar deck boards (from any lumber store) with any wood the key to make them last is to seal up any cut edge and surface with marine epoxy (expensive and hard to find) or several coats of spar varnish (any paint store) use stainless screws. this is a good opportunity to make adjustments to seat height as I find most small boats have the bench seats too low for my comfort. need mor help? just ask.
