Cooks Bay Fishing Board Presents
The 2015 “ICEOFFS”
Who’s The King Of The Hard Water Rules
1. Ontario fishing regulations in effect.
2. Fishing will be out of Cooks Bay, Gilford Ontario
3. Fishing will start at 10:00 am and finish at 2:00 pm
4. Weigh in will start at 2:30 pm
5. Participants may fish 1 line with 1 hole entry. 2 lines for 2 hole entry.
6. Participants must fish in marked off area only.
7. Bring your own auger to drill your own holes.
8. You must supply your own bait.( bait will be for sale at event)
9. Perch will be the only species eligible for prizes.
10. The biggest fish will be determined by weight.
11. You are eligible for one prize per hole up to a max of 2 holes.
12. Participants are permitted to use portable huts or rented huts.
13. Depth finders and underwater cameras will be allowed from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm only
14. Participants must register before going out on the lake and must check out when coming back off the lake.
15. At all time before, during, after the derby you are responsible for your own safety, action, gear , and equipment.
16. Participants will be allowed to use snowmobiles, and ATVs if they wish
17. Failure to comply with derby rules will result in contestants disqualification.
17. All participants must do their utmost to exhibit good sportsmanship and are responsible
for their litter.
18. There is no minimum age for participants, however, all minors must be with a parent or
legal guardian at all times during the tournament.
19. Any participant breaking any of the Derby rules and/or any applicable Ontario laws will
be disqualified.
20. All rules are subject to the interpretation of the “ICEOFFS” Who’s The King Of The Hard Water
Executive Committee.
In consideration of the acceptance of my registration in the “ICEOFFS” Who’s The King Of The Hard Water I hereby irrevocably release and forever discharge the Cooks Bay Fishing Board and its Officers, Agents, Volunteers and Employees from all liability, expenses, claims or demands of every nature and kind which may arise from my participation in the “ICEOFFS” Who’s The King Of The Hard Water and further agree to indemnify and save harmless the Cooks Bay Fishing Board and its Officers, Directors, Agents, Volunteers and Employees from claims of every nature and kind arising from my participation in the “ICEOFFS” Who’s The King Of The Hard Water Derby.

How far of a ride from the shore to the center. and will the police put a damper on a group of people using there their sleds and atvs to get to the center from the lake. why would you mention the police?
