FYI You know that LIVE stuff i like to play with from your guys mobile phones ? im going to expand on that , cbfb will have its own mobile device attached to a roaming reporter , perhaps more then one . As part of the show will go LIVE to these reporters that will be at locations that will be significant in terms of whats important to the soft water slammer . locations that want to support the cbfb as thy know there's nothing like live broadcasting .

Peter, I've enjoyed your weekly updates on lake conditions, just itching to use my boat! However this reply is in regards to your morning report on the Bradford bridge, I'm the owner of the marina on the other side of the bridge and by days end is suspect the current has moved the ice out right past us! Some boats will be able to go fishing this weekend for sure! I'd post a pic but my phone won't let me! However it's about 150-200 feet past the bridge and moving quickly towards the lake, anyone planning to ice fish near the mouth of the river should proceed with caution. I also notice yrpd flying over yesterday doing a check on the rivers I've... No video this time I guess! Anyways be safe everyone!

Great to have you aboard, so your a marina ? do you sell bait ? if yes post your address so members know were to stop when in your area. Do you have a boat launch ? If yes might want to get it ready for the weekend...

Well physically I'm a human, however I own the marina, I don't sell bait but in a few weeks or maybe 1 month there will be a fellow selling live bait here from a retrofitted trailer, he also is bringing a fry truck that will indeed sell coffee for the early morning anglers! I do however have a worm machine here just not operational yet this year! Launch ramp has been cleaned up for a while now I've been using it to push in my new floating docks! 850 toll road holland landing is the physical address however the Bradford bridge, if heading towards it, hang a left righty after and drive towards all the boats in the parking lot!! That's me

Gets pretty busy.. See that picture right there if you look beyond the bridge you see that building to the right in the back that's me we will unfortunately look a little different this year as the ice storm followed by the snowstorm collapsed my covered slips but those new floating docks are pretty sweet looking. Just a quick heads up, my friend and I were fishing on Sunday briefly crappy can be found up here already. I catch and release myself so I could have kept catching the same one but there was plenty to go around!

The idea is when its time that perhaps others have to get involved to come get you because your in distress , its time to shut it down . That time will be this Friday will be the last day of safe ice on Cook's Bay . To many things can go wrong to to many people on Saturday so please after this Friday put the gear away. Getting another weekend in is like rolling the dice , here at the cbfb we don't play games when it comes to safety . Saturdays report will come from the bridge in Bradford..

With the wind blowing id suspect there will be some movement out there given the reports of open water out there now
