Have a look at the new homes that eventually will fill in the area. www.firstview.ca/gilford_floorPlans.htmlI was told that 3 or 4 homes were to be constructed this summer , as if yet nothing . The jury is still out if this is just smoke and mirrors

Yes Peal2, they will want access, but sure won't want to not be able to leave their drive ways because of all the cars and trailers that will be parked on the road blocking their way. The no parking signs are sure to go up after the houses do.
I just looked at the plans. For sure there will be no parking. One thing I question. The depth of the lots seems excessive. I would not be surprised if the building delay is being done to allow the builder to apply for a severance or variance. One that would allow doubling the number of lots and having a access road in the middle of the development. An old trick, apply for some, wait and ask for more. Peter, I would look into any applications that may be put forward. I am sure that a notice would have to be posted on the property when it is formally submitted.

its a done deal already as the middle of the subdivision will be used for runoff , environmentally protected .
