The idea here is next week another member pop a hole for us and get it on video for everyone to see. this will give us a better understanding on how long we have left in the ice fishing season .

If it's not raining ill be heading out to look for someone to pop a hole for us so i can get it on video . If any of you have a yard stick , that would be a great way to show you guys the thickness of Cook's Bay ice . for this weekend id like to do some LIVE ice fishing from your iphone , it can be from any lake ,just add cbfblive to skype and will hook up Saturday morning .

Glad to see driving out is still possible. With this much ice I was comfortable to drive out for the first time ever 2 weeks ago and what a difference from two feet and a heartbeat. Makes finding the fish way easier.

Nobody can answer your question because by the time you come fishing tomorrow things will have changed, how drastic will see in the morning , all i can say to you is watch the videos, Gilfords not a big town, when you hit the ice, determine what your best way to get out there will be on arrival. Good luck bro..

Peter, your auger needs sharpening. Shouldn't have to climb onto it to make it cut. Mine I have to hold it back.

Drilling over 1000 holes this season, that would do it to a blade, time for a new one..
